Antin: agreement to sell GSR in Italy

(CercleFinance.com) - Antin Infrastructure Partners, ICAMAP and Borletti Group announce that they have signed an agreement to sell Grandi Stazioni Retail (GSR) to DWS and OMERS, a transaction for which financial terms are not disclosed and which is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.


Based in Rome, GSR operates the long-term lease providing exclusive rights to advertising and commercial rental space in Italy's 14 largest railway stations, the French infrastructure investment group says.

Antin, ICAMAP and Borletti Group acquired GSR from Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane and Eurostazioni in 2016. GSR will continue to benefit from strong favorable winds, given the planned investments in rail infrastructure in Italy, Antin says.
