Believe: acquisition of the remaining share capital of DMC in Turkey

(CercleFinance.com) - Believe has announced that it has taken full ownership of Dogan Music Company (DMC), Turkey's largest independent label, a transaction that remains subject to approval by the country's competition regulator.


After acquiring a 60% majority stake in DMC in 2020, the French digital music company has now exercised its call option on the remaining 40%, for a total of 38.3 million euros.
