Coface: H1 earnings up 10.4%

(CercleFinance.com) - Coface has recorded H1 consolidated sales of E922.
7m, down -3.1% LFL compared with H1 2023. On a reported basis (at current exchange rates and scope of consolidation), sales fell 3.8%.

Insurance sales (including bonding and Single Risk) fell 5.3% LFL.

Operating income rose by 17.5% to E217.2m in H1 2024. Net income (group share) came to E142.3m, up 10.4% y-o-y.

Coface anticipates slightly upwardly revised global growth for 2024, to 2.5% in 2024 and 2.7% in 2025, the group says.
