Adeunis: Webdyn holds 71.5% of the share capital after the simplified takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - At the close of its simplified tender offer, Webdyn held 1,642,887 Adeunis shares, i.
e. 71.50% of the company's capital and voting rights, directly and by assimilation of the 26,979 treasury shares held by Adeunis.

During the offer period, i.e. from July 11 to August 2 inclusive, Webdyn acquired 263,091 shares at a price of 0.45 euro under the semi-centralization procedure, and 39,026 shares through the intermediary of its designated member of the buyer's market.
