PAI Partners: EU approves acquisition in Germany
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission announces that it has approved the acquisition of sole control of the Health Facilities Operations business of Vamed AG, based in Germany, by PAI Partners, based in Luxembourg.
The transaction mainly concerns the operation of healthcare facilities offering inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, as well as preventive medicine and nursing services. The Commission concluded that the proposed concentration would not raise competition concerns, given the limited market position of the companies concerned resulting from the proposed transaction.
