Maurel & Prom: H1 earnings almost double

(CercleFinance.com) - Maurel & Prom has announced that its its net income (group share) has almost doubled (+91%) to $101m in H1 2024, while EBITDA has increased 13% to $186m.


The oil company's sales rose by 38% to $412m, with production (M&P share) of 37,113increase boe/d (barrels of oil equivalent per day), up 35% y-o-y (+16% excluding Venezuela).

Maurel & Prom also highlighted the ramp-up of its operations in Venezuela, with oil production (M&P Iberoamerica share 40%) of 5,412 b/d from the Urdaneta Oeste field in H1 2024.
