Kalray: negotiations with Pliops halted

(CercleFinance.com) - Kalray has announced that it has halted negotiations in connection with its planned merger with Israeli company Pliops, judging that 'economic conditions, in particular the evolution of financial markets, were not favorable'.


Nevertheless, still convinced of the complementarity of their technological strengths, the two companies will study the commercial terms of combining Pliops' KV technology with Kalray's MPPA architecture.

In the short term, Kalray is concentrating on the execution of its roadmap and confirms that, 'in view of the current sales pipeline', it anticipates annual sales growth for 2024, with a very strong increase in the second half of the year compared with the first.
