LDC: acquires Indykpol

(CercleFinance.com) - LDC announces the acquisition of Indykpol, leader on the Polish turkey market and a major player in the European turkey industry with its Indykpol brand, following exclusive negotiations announced in November 2023.


Indykpol achieved consolidated sales in 2023 of over E203m, with more than 60% of sales generated on the domestic market. The company employs nearly a thousand people and has over 166,000 m2 of farms.

This acquisition consolidates LDC's positions via its Drosed Group subsidiaries on the Polish poultry market, enriching the range with fresh products, charcuterie and processed turkey products.
