KBC: share buyback program completed

(CercleFinance.com) - KBC Group announces that it has completed the share buy-back program announced in August last year, having exceeded the 5% notification threshold following cumulative share buy-backs on July 30.


At the end of the day on July 30, the Belgian bank held 20,942,766 shares, or 5.02% of the total number of shares currently in issue. In all, the completed share buyback program represented a total amount of 1.3 billion euros.
