FDJ: about to sell Sporting Solutions Services

(CercleFinance.com) - La Française des Jeux (FDJ) has announced the signature of an agreement with Betsson Group, an online sports betting and gambling operator, for the sale of its English subsidiary Sporting Solutions Services Limited.


This transaction, subject to the lifting of conditions precedent, continues the strategic refocusing of the FDJ Group's international activities on B2C and B2B2C markets in the world of lottery, sports betting and other online games.

The transaction concerns pricing and risk management activities on behalf of betting operators. It does not concern the more global sports betting operation services contracts managed by the FDJ Group on behalf of lotteries.
