Cegedim: syndicated loan of 230 million euros

(CercleFinance.com) - Cegedim has announced a new financing structure in the form of a syndicated loan for a total amount of 230 million euros, which will strengthen the Group's liquidity and extend the maturity of its debt.


This new financing comprises 180 million euros of lines drawn at closing to refinance existing debt (RCF and Euro PP maturing respectively in October 2024 and October 2025) and an additional revolving credit line (RCF) of 50 million euros.

In this context, Cegedim has pledged the shares of its subsidiaries Cegedim Media, Cegedim Activ, GERS and part of cegedim.cloud, and has prohibited itself from selling its shares in Cegedim Santé, Resip and Cetip without the lenders' authorization.
