Mondelez: increases dividend 11% with quarterly results

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside its quarterly publication on Tuesday evening, Mondelez announced an 11% increase in its quarterly dividend, to $0.
47 per share, as well as the launch of a transformative ERP program to improve business efficiency.

In its Q2, the food group posted adjusted EPS of $0.86, up 25% at constant exchange rates, on revenues of $8.34bn, down 1.9% as reported, although up 2.5% organically.

For 2024, the holder of the Milka, Lu and Cadbury brands expects adjusted EPS to grow in the high single-digit range at constant exchange rates, and organic sales growth towards the upper end of the 3%-5% range.
