Bolloré: Group net income soars to E3,758m in H1

(CercleFinance.com) - The conglomerate's sales totaled E10,592m in H1 2024, up 4% LFL.
On a reported basis, sales were up, taking into account +E3.9bn in changes in the consolidation scope (of which +E3.8bn correspond to the full consolidation of Lagardère by Vivendi since 1 December 2023).

EBITA totaled E619m, up +10% LFL.

Consolidated net income amounted to E3,884m, compared with E235m in H1 2023. This strong increase includes the provisional net capital gain of E3.7bn on the disposal of Bolloré Logistics. Group net income came to E3,758m, compared with E114m in H1 2023.
