Altarea: return to positive RNPG in 1st half-year

(CercleFinance.com) - Altarea reports positive net income (group share) of E26.
8m for H1 2024, compared with -E17.8m a year earlier, as well as a y-o-y increase in FFO (recurring net income) from E21.7m to E57.9m.

These results, which were driven by retail and housing improvements, and accompanied by a robust financial position, are underpinned by sales of almost E1.2bn (down 4.2%).

For 2024, we confirm our FFO growth target, the quantum of which will depend on changes in the macro-economic and political environment, management says.
