Rolls-Royce: £85 million contract awarded to Castle Precision

(CercleFinance.com) - Rolls-Royce announces that it has awarded Scottish company Castle Precision Engineering a contract worth over £85 million to manufacture critical aerospace engine parts.


The agreement, backed by the UK government, extends a 40-year collaboration and will run until the middle of the decade.

Castle Precision, which employs 120 people, will also continue to produce components for Rolls-Royce's Trent, Pearl and EJ200 engines.

The contract is described as 'the largest in Castle's history'.
