Peugeot Invest: new Managing Director appointed

(CercleFinance.com) - Peugeot Invest announces that its Board of Directors, on the recommendation of the Governance, Appointments and Compensation Committee, has decided to appoint Jean-Charles Douin as Managing Director.


Jean-Charles Douin has 20 years' experience in private equity. He joins Peugeot Invest after 16 years with the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where he was head of private equity activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He will take up his new position on October 28 at the latest. Until then, Nicolas Huet, permanent representative of Établissements Peugeot Frères on the Board of Directors, will act as interim Managing Director.
