Accor: 13% growth in half-year EBITDA

(CercleFinance.com) - Accor has announced net income (group share) of €253 million for the first half of 2024, compared with €248 million for the same period in 2023, and EBITDA up 13% to €504 million.


The hotel chain's sales rose by 11% to 2.68 billion euros (+4% for the premium, mid-range and economy division and +22% for the luxury & lifestyle division), with RevPAR (revenue per available room) up 6%.

For the 2024 financial year, Accor is forecasting EBITDA of between 1,095 and 1,125 million euros, a positive contribution to EBITDA from owner services, as well as RevPAR growth of between 4 and 5% and network growth of between 3 and 4%.
