Tesla: New Street Research downgrades to 'neutral

(CercleFinance.com) - New Street Research announced on Wednesday that it had downgraded its recommendation on Tesla shares to 'neutral', with a target price of $225, following the publication of the American group's quarterly results.


In a research note, the independent research firm believes that the electric vehicle manufacturer's profit margins will take time to recover in view of the performance unveiled last night.

The analyst also highlights a lack of short-term catalysts.
