Texas Instruments: Q2 EPS down 35%

22 2024, inflated by five cents due to an exceptional item that was not included in its target range of $1.05 to $1.25. The company's revenues of $3.82bn were down 16% y-o-y, but up 4% sequentially.

At $3.82bn, revenues were down 16% y-o-y, but up 4% sequentially, with declines in industrial and automotive more than offset by increases in other end markets.

For Q3, the Dallas-based semiconductor manufacturer says it expects sales of $3.94bn to $4.26bn, and EPS of $1.24 to $1.48.
