Air Liquide: sale of African activities finalized

(CercleFinance.com) - In accordance with the agreement announced on March 14, Air Liquide has finalized the sale to Adenia Partners Ltd of its activities in twelve African countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Ghana, Madagascar, Mali, DRC, Senegal and Togo).


With around 1,600 employees in Africa and 700 million euros invested over the last three years, the group will 'continue to seize development opportunities in Africa, particularly in the energy transition, hydrogen and healthcare'.
