KKR: agreement with Eni on the purchase of 20 to 25% of Enilive

(CercleFinance.com) - Eni has signed a temporary exclusivity agreement with KKR, a leading investment firm, to advance the sale of a 20-25% stake in Enilive, valued at between 11.
5 and 12.5 billion euros.

Both parties are engaged in negotiating the terms of the transaction.

This initiative is part of Eni's strategy to attract strategically aligned capital to finance its growth.

Strong investor interest could also lead to the sale of an additional 10% stake in Enilive.
