Boeing: working on sustainable projects with Clear Sky

(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing has announced a partnership with Clear Sky to develop sustainable solutions for aviation.


The first joint project involves testing and promoting Firefly Green Fuels' technology, which converts wastewater into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) in the UK.

The process reduces CO₂ emissions by more than 90% compared with traditional fuel.

Boeing and Clear Sky hope to commercialize this production in the UK by 2029 and replicate it globally.

The two companies are also talking about an international investment partnership for sustainable solutions in aviation and other industries.
