Inventiva: UBS Group falls below 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On July 15, UBS Group AG declared to the AMF that it had indirectly crossed below the threshold of 5% of Inventiva's capital via companies it controls, following an off-market sale of shares in the biopharmaceutical company.


As the trading exemption applies under the provisions of Article 223-13 I, 2° of the General Regulations following this crossing, the Swiss bank declares that it no longer holds any Inventiva shares within the meaning of the aforementioned provisions.
