AST Groupe: suspension of listing requested

(CercleFinance.com) - AST Groupe has asked Euronext to suspend the listing of its shares on the Euronext Growth market of Euronext Paris from Monday July 22, before the opening of trading.


In a brief press release, the builder and property developer explains that this suspension is being requested pending publication of the results of the creditors' vote on its proposed safeguard plan.
