Roche Bobois: sales down nearly 8% in 1st half

8% decline in sales to 204.4 million euros for the first half of 2024, although the trend improved in the second quarter (-6.4%) compared to the first (-9.4%).

Over the half-year, directly-operated store business held up well, with sales volume equivalent to the high level of June 30, 2023, with the scope effect in France and the United States offsetting a less buoyant overall context", he adds.

For the full year 2024, Roche Bobois confirms that it is targeting sales equivalent to, or even slightly higher than, its 2023 record. However, EBITDA is expected to decline by 5 to 10% over the year.
