Voyageurs du Monde: 941,000 shares tendered to the offer

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by July 16, the final date set for the submission of orders in response to Voyageurs du Monde's public offer to buy back its own shares at a unit price of 150 euros, it had received 941,305 shares in deposit.


As the number of shares presented in response to the public buyback offer exceeded the maximum number of 866,666 that the company had undertaken to buy back, the number of buyback requests was reduced.

The shares bought back will be cancelled by Voyageurs du Monde. Euronext Paris will issue a notice setting out the terms and conditions for processing orders and the timetable for settlement and delivery of the public offer.
