Osmozis: Passman exceeds 90% of DDV

(CercleFinance.com) - On July 11, 2024, Passman Corp, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint-stock company), declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 90% of voting rights in Osmozis, and that it held 2,736,835 Osmozis shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 91.27% of the company's capital and 90.33% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the acquisition of Osmozis shares under the simplified tender offer initiated by the declaring party.
