Eurazeo: final closing for the ETIF fund program

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces that its very first program dedicated to transitional infrastructure (consisting of the ETIF fund and a co-investment vehicle) has reached its final closing at 706 million euros in cumulative commitments from institutional investors.


Exceeding the initial target of 500 million euros by over 40%, just 20 months after the first closing, this amount reflects strong investor demand for the diversified strategy of this fund focused on the transition to a low-carbon economy.

By allocating around 60% of the capital raised to a portfolio of six companies operating in transition infrastructure, ETIF (Eurazeo Transition Infrastructure Fund) deployed capital throughout the fundraising process.
