Goldman Sachs: 9% increase in quarterly dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - On its quarterly earnings call, Goldman Sachs reports that its Board of Directors last Friday decided to increase its quarterly dividend by 9% to $3 per share, effective from this Q3.
For Q2, the investment bank reported net income of $3.04bn, a 2.8-fold y-o-y increase in EPS to $8.62, with an annualized ROE of 10.9%.
Goldman Sachs' net revenues rose by 17% to just over $12.7bn, reflecting growth in its major global banking-marketing and asset and wealth management divisions.
