36 and an operating margin of 14.7%, on operating revenues up 5.4% to $15.4bn.
"Delta's operational excellence drove an incremental point of capacity growth and unit cost favorability, with non-fuel unit costs 0.6 percent higher than last year," said Dan Janki, Delta's chief financial officer.
Confirming its FY targets, the Atlanta-based group anticipates EPS of $1.70 to $2.00 for the current quarter, an operating margin of 11% to 13% and revenue growth of 2% to 4%.
