Altarea: AltaGroupe exceeds 25% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - On July 5, SAS AltaGroupe declared that it had individually exceeded the thresholds of 25% of Altarea's capital and voting rights, and held 25.
26% of the capital and voting rights, following the exercise of the option to pay the 2023 dividend in shares.

On this occasion, the concert consisting of Alain Taravella, Jacques Nicolet and Jacques Ehrmann did not cross any threshold and held, as of July 5, 10,110,259 Altarea shares, representing 46.18% of the real estate group's capital and voting rights.
