Bic: the Bich family reduces its holding of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - The Bich family group, comprising MBD and individual members of the Bich family, has declared that it has reduced its holding of voting rights in Société Bic following the conversion of 2.
3 million Société Bic shares into bearer shares by MBD on June 13, 2024, thereby losing the same number of double voting rights. At June 30, 2024, it held 47.30% of the company's capital and 61.97% of its voting rights.
