Teleperformance: at top of the CAC, Berenberg sees better times ahead

(CercleFinance.com) - Teleperformance shares lead the CAC 40 index at noon on Wednesday, with broker Berenberg predicting a brighter future for the customer relationship outsourcing specialist.


The broker reiterates his buy recommendation and TP of E215 for the stock, noting that the French group's share price continues to suffer from concerns linked to the emergence of generative AI on its business.

Yet, it points out that a sector study has come to favourable conclusions concerning Teleperformance, suggesting a revaluation of the stock.

We hope that this will enable investors to feel more reassured about the company's favourable long-term growth trajectory, it concludes.

At noon, Teleperformance shares were up 2.6%, while the CAC 40 was up 0.7%, even though the stock is still down 18% YTD.
