Mercialys: Axa Real Estate IM exceeds 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - On July 3, Axa Real Estate Investment Managers SGP SA declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Mercialys, and that it held 5.
02% of the capital and voting rights.

This threshold crossing resulted from the acquisition of Mercialys shares off and on the market. Axa Investment Managers has not crossed any threshold and holds 5.33% of the capital and voting rights of the retail property company.
