Clariane: successful capital increase with preferential subscription rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane announces the successful completion of its capital increase with shareholders' pre-emptive subscription rights of around 237 million euros, as part of the plan to strengthen the EHPAD group's financial structure.


This operation resulted in the issue of 213,588,456 new shares at a unit subscription price of 1.11 euros. At the end of the subscription period, total demand amounted to some 397 million euros, representing a subscription rate of 167.5%.

Settlement-delivery and admission of the new shares to trading on the Euronext Paris regulated market are scheduled for July 5. They will be immediately assimilated with the existing shares and will be traded on the same line.
