Clariane: completes capital increase

(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane announces the successful completion of its capital increase, with shareholders' pre-emptive rights of around E237 million, as part of the plan to strengthen the financial structure of the nursing home group.


This operation will result in the issue of 213,588,456 new shares at a unit subscription price of E1.11. At the end of the subscription period, total demand amounted to approximately E397m, representing a subscription rate of 167.5%.

Settlement and delivery of the new shares and their admission to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Paris are scheduled for 5 July. They will be immediately assimilated with the existing shares and will be traded on the same line.
