Nanobiotix: The Goldman Sachs Group crosses the 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - The Goldman Sachs Group has declared to the AMF that on June 25, 2024, through the intermediary of companies it controls, it crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Nanobiotix, and indirectly held 9.
19% of the capital and 8.86% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market acquisition of Nanobiotix shares and an increase in the number of Nanobiotix shares held by assimilation.
