ING: more than 40% of share buyback program completed

(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its 2.
5 billion euro share buyback program announced on May 2, it bought back 3,177,015 shares last week at an average price of 15.85 euros, representing a total outlay of over 50.35 million euros.

To date, the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank under this program is 63.08 million, for a total consideration of over 1.01 billion euros, or around 40.6% of the program's maximum total value.
