Sodexo: sales growth exceeds 5% in Q3

(CercleFinance.com) - Sodexo today announces Q3 sales of E6.
07bn, up 5.6% y-o-y, including a negative currency effect of -0.2% and a contribution from acquisitions net of divestitures of -1%.

Organic growth for the food and facilities management group was +6.8%, half due to price increases (which fell below the 4% mark), and half to the net contribution of new contracts and volume growth.

With business in line with its expectations, Sodexo confirms its full-year outlook, i.e. organic sales growth at the top end of the +6% to +8% range, and an increase in operating margin of +30bp to +40bp, at constant exchange rates.
