KKR: EU approves acquisition of Encavis AG

Inc. of the USA.

The transaction mainly concerns the operation of renewable energy assets.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given the limited market position of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
