Capgemini: acquisition of Lösch & Partner in Germany

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces that it has acquired Lösch & Partner, adding to its teams specialising in application lifecycle management (ALM) and systems engineering, notably on behalf of German automotive manufacturers.


Lösch & Partner has developed strong expertise in key ALM and systems engineering tools and processes in the automotive sector in recent years, where it has a number of clients in common with Capgemini.

Managing applications throughout their lifecycle is a key element in the development and maintenance of software-based products, which are the driving force behind intelligent industry, the IT services group said.
