Apollo: EU approves acquisition of Purmo Group

(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of sole control of Purmo Group of Finland by Apollo Global Management of the USA.


The transaction mainly concerns the indoor climate comfort solutions sector.

The Commission concluded that the notified transaction would not raise competition concerns, given the limited market positions of the companies resulting from the proposed transaction.
