5% drop in gas consumption in 2023, resulting in an overall reduction of 14.5% in Scope 3 emissions linked to the use of its warehouses.

For the record, its low-carbon strategy target for 2030 is -50%. Overall, the logistics property company's carbon footprint shows a reduction of 33.5% in 2023 compared with 2022.
