(CercleFinance.com) - The Goldman Sachs Group has declared to the AMF that on June 20, 2024, through the intermediary of companies it controls, it crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Casino Guichard-Perrachon and indirectly held 5.
13% of the capital and 5.12% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing is the result of an off-market acquisition of Casino Guichard-Perrachon shares.
