Quadient : VESA Equity Investment tops 15% mark

(CercleFinance.com) - VESA Equity Investment, a company controlled by Daniel Křetínský, declared to the AMF that on June 21 it had exceeded the thresholds of 15% of Quadient's capital and voting rights, and held 15.
02% of the capital and voting rights, following an acquisition of shares on the market.

Depending on circumstances and market conditions, Vesa Equity Investment plans to continue its share purchases, but does not intend to acquire control of the company, nor to seek appointment to the Board of Directors.
