Renault : Pierre Gasly's contract with Alpine extended

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault has announced that its BWT Alpine F1 Team has confirmed Pierre Gasly on a long-term contract with the team.
The agreement extends the French driver's current contract 'for the 2025 season and beyond'.

The Frenchman is currently contesting his second campaign with BWT Alpine F1 Team. With 140 Formula 1 starts under his belt, Pierre Gasly is described as 'a driver with a wealth of experience to take the team to the highest level in the future'.

'In thirty-two appearances for Alpine, Pierre has scored 67 points and won two trophies, finishing third in the Sprint at the 2023 Belgian Grand Prix and a memorable third place at the 2023 Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort', the team points out.
