Euroapi: updates outlook for 2024

(CercleFinance.com) - Euroapi has updated its outlook for 2024, to reflect a divestment of the Haverhill and Brindisi production sites now scheduled before the end of 2027, as part of the streamlining of its industrial footprint.


The group now anticipates between an 8% and 11% decline in sales in 2024 compared with 2023 on a comparable basis, with H2 performance expected to exceed that of H1, and a Core EBITDA margin of between 4% and 7%.

Euroapi also reports that it has reached an agreement with its former parent company Sanofi on the financing of the Focus-27 plan, following ongoing discussions with banks to amend and extend the current RCF credit agreement.

Through its Focus-27 plan, it is targeting E75m to E80m of additional Core EBITDA per year by end-2027, thanks to a higher value-added API and CDMO offering, a streamlined industrial footprint and significant cost reductions.
