Voyageurs du Monde: public stock buyback tender offer opens on June 27

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the public share buyback tender offer (OPRA) filed by Portzamparc (BNP Paribas Group) on behalf of the Voyageurs du Monde tourism group will be open from June 27 to July 16 inclusive.


The offeror irrevocably undertakes to acquire a maximum of 866,666 shares at a unit price of 150 euros, representing 20.06% of its capital, with a view to cancelling them. There are no plans to request a squeeze-out or delisting of the shares.
