Covivio Hotels: more than 516,000 shares tendered to the OPES

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext Paris has informed the AMF that by June 21, the final date set for the submission of orders for Covivio's simplified public exchange offer (OPES) for Covivio Hotels shares, it had received 516,384 tendered shares.


Covivio thus holds 77,808,594 Covivio Hotels shares, or 52.52% of the capital and voting rights. Euronext Paris will publish the timetable for settlement and delivery of the offer, as well as the dates and conditions of admission of the new Covivio shares on Euronext Paris.
