Capgemini: agreement to acquire D+I in Australia

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire D+I, one of Australia's leading product design and development consultancies, with R&D laboratories in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle.


The IT services group explains that this acquisition 'will enrich its smart industry offerings in this country, particularly in product development, from the initial design stage through to production launch'.

The transaction - the financial terms of which are not specified - is expected to be finalized in the coming months, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions customary for a transaction of this nature.
